• Domestic Shipping (India): 5-7 business days.
• International Shipping: 10-15 business days.
• Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of the package.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via WhatsApp or Instagram DM so you can monitor your package's journey.

Returns & Exchanges

As a boutique brand focused on quality and personalized service, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis.

• Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged condition or if the wrong item was sent.
• You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video as proof.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags intact.
• Due to hygiene reasons, certain items like accessories may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

If a return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
